Getting started

From a real situation to one clear practice

Start with what you want to do, not with a technique name. Search for a situation, read the practice purpose and limits, and follow the steps safely.

Before

describe a specific situation, such as concentrating on one task for half an hour.

During

follow the steps and pause or adapt when appropriate.

After

record what you noticed instead of inventing a result; choose another practice if needed.

Start with domains

Browse the seven domains (psychological, professional, social, admin, leadership, educational, digital) and pick what fits your goal today. Each domain holds dozens of short cards.

Complete one exercise

Each card is one idea plus a hands-on practice that takes minutes. Read, apply, then tap “Done” to log progress, earn XP, and keep your daily streak.

Follow a track

Tracks organize cards into a guided journey, and need a Plus or Lifetime subscription — you can also build your own. Free with no sign-in: seven complete practices, one per domain.
