Don't assume your partner's love language — test it with three situations this week and compare reactions.

Frame your stance as: "When [behavior] I feel [feeling] because I need [value] and I request [ask]".

When triggered, ask self: "what unmet human need?".

Deep in conflict, ask: "What is the shared need we are both trying to meet?"

Keep drawing as joy not test — don't say "that's pretty" or "what's that?" — ask about the story.
